At Simply Seattle, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your Seattle sports gear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn and unwashed merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once it arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items for quality assurance.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, or your exchange items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
